Camper Parking Registration

· All RV areas rent from Thursday, Nov. 7, 2024, through Sunday, November 10, 2024.

· All RV areas must be kept neat and clean.

· All RV areas must be cleaned, and trash bagged before departure from park.

· The Festival would appreciate your support by purchasing food and drinks including beer from our fundraising event.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless

This contract limits our liability. Renter leaves vehicle at own risk. This agreement licenses the holder to park one RV and one accompanying vehicle in this area. Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church d.b.a. The Atchafalaya Basin Festival hereby declares it is not responsible for fire, theft, damage or loss of any article left in same. This indemnification and hold harmless clause shall apply to all damages of every kind suffered, by reason of any of Renter’s operations regardless of whether such insurance policies shall have been determined to be applicable to any of such damages or claims for

damages.
